If you or someone else is in immediate danger, you can call the emergency services on 112 or 999 to get help. You can also go to the nearest A&E.

Below is a list of other crisis support resources which you can contact. Some of which are available 24/7 by text or phone and others have local branches that you can visit in person.

If you feel overwhelmed by not knowing which one to choose, just pick any one and they will point you in the right direction.
